New products and restocks arrive every Saturday at 10 a.m.
Delivery & returns
What are your delivery times ?
In France :
We do our best to prepare your packages between 5 and 10 working days, they are then sent by post or to a relay point the next day.
The post office puts between 48 to 72 hours to deliver the package to you.
Outside France:
Delivery times are 5 to 10 working days.
Please note:
During collection launch periods or sales, delivery times may be longer.
For all orders placed on Fridays after 9 a.m., on weekends and public holidays, orders will be prepared on the following working days.
Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last name as well as your exact address with the city and postal code.
Berthie cannot be held responsible for these elements which are essential for the successful delivery of your order.

Import taxes
Our products coming directly from France may be subject to customs taxes for countries outside the European Union.
These taxes, for example Great Britain or Switzerland or other countries outside Europe, will be reimbursed to you on an invoice to be sent to us by email at hello@berthie.fr

Return or exchange rules
You have 14 days from delivery by post to change your mind and notify us by email and return the item to us in its original condition with the order form received by email for identification by post by Colissimo with a tracking number.
In France : Return or exchange costs are our responsibility if the initial order totals more than €200. Returns or exchanges of one or more items in this order are free. We will also send you a return slip by email. If the order is less than €200, returns are at your expense.
Return or exchange costs are our responsibility when the initial order totals more than 300 €. In fact, the return of one or more items from this order is free. We will reimburse you for the return costs upon receipt of proof to be sent by email to hello@berthie.fr

In accordance with Article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the delivery of your order to return your items. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

How long is my return request processed ?
Once your return request is accepted, you can return your product to us only by post in Colissimo with a tracking number.
Upon receipt by our teams, we will process your return with a refund or exchange within a maximum of 20 days.
Gift card refund
Gift card refund
If you made a purchase with a gift card, the refund will be credited to the gift card itself, not your bank account. It can be reused with the same code originally sent.
If you completed your order by credit card, the additional amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Yes, you have 2 hours and before 4 p.m. to cancel it except on weekends.
